Pathetic Pathetic service of Electrolux. I would never recommend anybody to buy its products. One should rather buy LG or Samsung who have equally good products but excellant service.
I had logded a complaint which hasn't been resolved or even attended, instead the Company has closed it without informing. Complaint Number- GHA0302090355 logded on 3rd Feb with faulty Microwave. The call centre guys have no clue and always say it will be done on priority. This is really bad. I wish i could be there and fix all of them up who never own there responsibility.
