Electrolux microwave 25lit
Microwave not working

I have prurchased Electrolux make microwave over 25 liter for my own use from M/s Real Electronics, Begusarai Bihar on 17.02.2008. The said home appliance is not working immediately after purchase and nobody is attending the appliances. I am helpless and seeking your help to rectify the problem so that appliance can be used by me. Please help me.
