I have written this to the company and till today I have not received any reply and I assume the company does not have customer care division.

I am staying in western suburb of mumbai (Kandiwali west).
I bought Electrolux microwave and also recomended to my family and two of my sister also bought Electrolux make. But unfortunately your service is not acceptable by me. One day All of a sudden the there was no power and no display on the panel, then I tried to locate your service centre, I called up nos printed on the manual they do not exist, there is no clear and correct service center nos. Some how I was able to get the nos from Vijay sales show room and lodge a complain and received complaint no. 7KA0387140095 and no one attended than again I called today (17/07/200). Some how the technician visited and found the PCB deffective and without analysing the fault with the PCB informed me the service charge Rs. 280/- and pcb repair cost 1150/- and which I will get after two days. As a technical person myself I found only the AC stepdown transformer faulty, which I informed to the technician and the center, but the center incharge said this is the minimum I have to pay, I found the charge to repair is very expensive and when I question the service center than I got the reply then you repair yourdelf, I paid the service charge to the technician and ready to pay reasonable repair charges also but not Rs. 280 Rs.1150. Please look in to the matter and at present you have only one authorised service center which is Byculla and to serve north or west Mumbai I find this center is not convinient, please have some more service centers to serve customers. I appreciate if you can reply to this.
