I purchased a microwave oven in the last week of July. A minor problem was noticed before the completion of 1 year, and I made a complaint within warranty period, around middle of July. Then following things happened:
1. The service agency gave us a complaint no. 5591.
2. They sent one person, who could not solve the problem but the oven totally stopped working.
3. They took it to their workshop in the first week of August.
4. Till now they have not returned the oven. We are following up on daily basis, but It appears that they are not willing to do anything on it, and they are now just avoiding us.
