Hello,
I purchased Electrolux refrigerator in Feb-09. Within 3 months the light bulb inside goes away.
I have given a complaint to Electrolux service no and my complain ref no. is BAN1104090184.
Their service person called up once and given a time to come to our house but did not turned up. After 2 days he calls up and I asked him to come at 7:00 pm. He says not possible and hangs up.
Since then there is no word.
There is definite lack of service ownership from the guy who has been hired for it.
I need to know how to proceed further in rectifying the fault.
