Dear Sir,
This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of Electrolux make (Model No. ER23SL0SBL) on 31st July ’08 from Sachdeva Electronics (P) Ltd. GL-22, Jail Road, Hari Nagar, New Delhi-110064 and since then this machine has been giving trouble like, freezer draw is pack with ice and smalling smoking in whole freeze inside and the servicing has been done by Mr. Balwant & Nagesh Jindla (Authorized Service Centre of Electrolux Kelvinator).
Recently, the machine has been given to workshop Mr. Pavan Gupta since the machine is not back & Mr. Pavan is not giving me satisfactor reply. Mr. Pavan Mobile Nos. (9312311677)
Meanwhile, I have been offered a proposal for replacement of ‘New Freeze’ So, kindly intervene and give your valuable advice immediately to your Delhi Office. Moreover we are withour freeze in summer.
