To The Electrolux

It is a matter of great regret that in spite of Calling and sending several E-mails to your company you have not bothered to reply on a customer complain.

I Purchased an Electrolux double door Refrigerator form Next Retail Shop, Sikar Road, Jaipur on 05-17-09 vide bill no 9804, has not been working satisfactorily. Immediately after 2/3 days it was purchased it was attended once for service. Again after several reminders it was attended 2nd time by your third party service agency. They could do nothing and declared that the product is ok. We complained immediately after the same repair that the Fridge was not performing satisfactorily and the service technician came after 2 days for the third time but could not do any thing. as It is having several defects on I want that this product must be replace as soon as possible.
