Dear Sir/Madam,
My Parents had brought a washingmachine on 7/9/08 from Electro Trading Corporation, Workshop Road, Kanchrapara, N-24 Pgs, North-24 Pgs, West Bengal which is termed as an authorised dealer of Electrolux company. There has been problem in its operation right from the next day of purchase.. continuos complaints had to be lodged. Lately on 4/12/08 A complaint has been lodged in the company service center regarding it problem. The concerned complaint no is KOL0312080032.There has been no response from either the dealer or the company regarding the promised service.
Will be very greatful if the problem is handled with emergency and decision taken as early as possible.
