I have not been able to get the problem fixed caused by loose belt (Wash Motor operates but wash tub pulsator does not spin when even small load of clothes is given). The service engineer diagonised the problem because of loose belt but neither belt has been changed nor the problem is being attended to. There are changing versions of service centre (sometimes they say service engineer is out of station, sometimes they say spare parts are not available.) I really do not know to whom I should contact so that problem can be fixed which is pending in spite of more than 10 - 15 telephonic reminders. Any official who is concerned with this may kindly take up the issue and get it solved without further delay.
