Hi sir,
i bought a electrolux washing machine from next retail shop on dec 29 but it stoped working on jan 22, i raised a complain against it on next date to customer service but from that day onwards they are ignoring me by giving so many excuses thet with 2 days it would by completed. but nothing has happened. pls advice.
