I have sent an EMO to my mother Mrs. M K Sarojini Amma, vide EMO PNR No.076723090283000157 on 03rd Feb. The Destination Post Office was: PERUR-OPM under OTTAPALA DO and the Transaction Office was: AKURDI under PUNE CITY EAST DO.

On 12th Feb I have registered a compliant through Indian Website under Complaint No.100000-25021.

However, I am not received any response from any Authority on this till date.

I do believe that being regular customer of Indian Post, I should have received a communication from any one by now. It shows the inefficiency and irresponsibility of the concerned Postal Authority to dealing with the customer grievances.

I have also enquired with the concerened Post Office but not got any proper confirmation about the EMO.

I would request to please take up the matter with the Postal Authority and help me in getting the issue solved.
