THE HOME SHOP 18 SUPPLIED A/C AFTER DELAY WITHOUT FILTER AND NO SERVICE MAN HAS COME TO FILL GAS IN SPITE OF REQUEST TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I PURCHASED A ELECTROLUX 0.8 TON A/C FROM HOME SHOP 18 VIDE ORDER NO 7011650842. AFTER A REPEATED PHONIC CALLS THE A/C WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 12.05.09. I RANG THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF VIDEOCON ON NUMBER 01139404040 AND WAS GIVEN REFERANCE NUMBER DEL1205091217 AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE PERSON COMING TO FILL GAS WILL SUPPLY THE FILTER ALSO. SINCE THEN I AM REPEATEDLY CALLING THE CENTRE BUT NOONE IS COMING TO FILL THE GAS INSPITE OF PROMISES MADE BY HOME SHOP 18 THAT THE A/C WILL BE INSTALLED FREE.NOW I AM LOOKING AT THE SHOWPIECE THAT SOMEDAY SOMEONE FROM COMPANY WILL COME AND FILL THE GAS. FOR THE TIME BEING I AM ROASTED IN THR SCORCHING HEAT IN SPITE OF MAKING FULL PAYMENT. KINDLY BLACKLIST THE COS... DR.BAGATI
