I bought my mobile during the month of October. But suddenly my handset becomes dead from the 6th month of my date of purchase. I gave my mobile for service under the guidance of NOKIA CARE. But they took a maximum of nearly 20 days to return back my handset.
Once again the same problem occurs after 10 days. My mobile is still under warranty. Till today I had given my mobile three times for service. Every time they took more than 20 days to give back the mobile.
But after the several services also, I am experiencing the same fault till now. Find below the details of mobile and the problems I am facing.

Date of Purchase: 26th October
Serviced months: May and September and now also.
Problems which I am facing: Automatic Switching OFF and ON, Automatically getting deleted of my Inbox, mostly getting hanged, the voice of the speaker is dead low. I can’t experience the sound which I heard when I purchased the mobile.
Problems what Service centre saying: Software corrupted.

It is to be noticed that, these are the problems which I faced with my handset and till now I am facing all the problems. The service centre people said that the fault is not with the mobile. They always said that only the Software gets corrupted. They also said that there is no physical or external damage in my mobile.
But I don’t know the cause for this problem. The service centre people said that they will update a software of newer version and they informed us to send my mobile to the Head Office. They said that it will take 15 days. But they took more than 20 days to give back my handset. But after the software change also the same problem exists.
I want a reasonable remedy for this problem. My friends asked me to file a complaint to the head office. Even I complained there by phone, I didn’t have any reply. Now they are asking me to file a complaint in the Consumer Court for this problem. I am not satisfied with the service they had done. I am working in a corporate company. This type of poor services le ad my friends and my colleagues to not go for Nokia.
Note that the warranty of this mobile will expire very soon (26/10/09).
