Thanks for fast response. This clearly indicates how the Customer Satisfaction Index is excellent.

I have a complaint for poor response from your Mumbai office. I had changed my date of travel on the 22nd to 20th of Feb'09 sector Lagos-Mumbai.

On the same ticket I wanted to be upgraded to Business. I want to make it clear not free of cost but was was ready to pay the difference. I was informed some discount price is going on but the system is not indicating. So I was called after 2 days so I visited Lagos office on 14th Feb'09, I was informed no information. I visited again on 16th no response. I visited again on 18th here I was surprised to understand still after 6 days no correspondance has been sent by Mumbai office.

I had to surrendered my Mileage points (30000) for the sector Lagos-Dubai of no mistake of mine.

Please look into this matter and revert back.
