Poor towe

Dear sir,

I have been using Airtel for more than 5 years for my 4 CUG lines out of 40 lines we had and there was not problem ATALL up to three months before and I was getting full tower inside and out side of my home. But for the past three months the connectivity is very poor and many times I could not talk in emergency situations. I have given the complaints, No.. F536467435 and I was assuered that the problem will be solved soon.

If the problem is not solved before 15.09. kindly refund total advance rent you have receivedfor all 4 lines and please note that the recent mobile service providers like IDEA, DOCOMO are providing very good service in our area.

I really suprise, what happened to Airtel?
