1) I had joined the Bangalore based company Apara Enterprise Solutions Pvt. Limited on 21st August & was with them until 31st October.

2) August till October was my 2nd tenure with Apara. I had applied for the PF (EPF & EPS) withdrawal after leaving this company. (This is the tenure for which the my PF is still not disbursed).

“ May to November was my 1st tenure with Apara and the PF for this period was settled in 2002 itself.”

3) After leaving Apara, I had to make extensive multiple follow-ups with the company to know my PF disbursement status, a snap shot of my mails is mentioned below for reference.

4) Post these multiple follow-ups I received a reply from Mr. Y Radhakrishna of M/s Bizprout, the PF agents of Apara. As confirmed by them the PF department had in fact disbursed my PF (EPF & EPS) amount of Rs. 1, 06, 042 & Rs 13, 325 respectively on 19.7.06 & 26.7.06 to the UTI Bank account. However it was sent to the incorrect Account no due the error by a PF department Staff.

5) On September 17th 07, the Bangalore PF dept sent me a letter (attached herewith is a copy of the same & the original was sent to Apara on 18th September, 07) after 2 years.

This letter essentially mentioned that, my PF Account no: KN/BN/ 19452/289 has already been settled on 10.07.06. This means that they have closed my case. However, I have not received any such settlement amount till date. In fact I have a clear communication from Apara (mail dated January 02, mentioned above) that, the PF amount was returned un-credited by the commissioner since it was sent to a wrong Saving Bank account by one of their staff.

6) Since this event I have been handing over multiple Re-Authorizations for the PF department to M/s Apara. The last such Re-Authorizations was acknowledge by the PF department on Feb 28th. Since then the last communication was sent by Ms Apara to the PF Director on May 10th confirming that my PF has not been paid till date, along with my HDFC Bank Account statement (since the UTI account was closed). HDFC Bank details have also been mentioned in all my Re-Authorizations.

It’s been a frustrating experience for more than 3 years & my PF NO # KN/19452/289 still remains unsettled. Hence I seek urgent help to close this matter.
