Not able to get the withdrawal status

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my application for PF withdrawal. I am having a PF account (A/c No. HR 27639/011). I was working at Agilis Information Technologies International, Gurgaon. I have submitted my application for the withdrawal of my PF account in your office on 25th March. It is more than a month now. I am unable to know the status of the application.
