Non payment of my EPF

Dear Sir Madam

My EPF form was submitted by my previous employer on 18th Dec. I am now living in Pondicherry. My mother went to the Wazirpur office on 6th of April and was told that the money would be transferred by end of the same month. Then I lodged an online grievance no CEPFO/E? 04508 in May. Till date I have not received my money or any intimation from their office. I am very worried now but being in Pondicherry I cannot go to their office to enquire personally. I spoke to the officials on the phone - PA Shri Vinod Sharma and Mr Shantanu but to no result.
