EMD Parcel EG005678160JP not yet reached

Hello,

I had send parcel at home via EMS (EG005678160JP) expecting it to reach home soon so that it can be useful to my parents!!

but its still stuck with indian custom from 16th AUG

it does not even have any electronic items neither gift items.

Whats possibal reason the custom have kept it themself?
