A document was sent via speed post delhi office (Article No SPED704817669) for deliver at Hyderabad. It is been 6 day till now n the I have'nt received my article. According to Delhi speed post official the packet has been dispatched long back. Hyderabad speed post official rarely pick up the phone. What can I do?
