Provident Fund Not Geting

Dear Sir/Mam,

My name is Hranya Bisoyi, I have small quarry. That is I was working with a company call “Enterprise BPO”, Its located Mumbai.

I was working over there last December to April. I left this originations near 2 years but still I was not getting my PF amount. I already two time enquiry with PF office they said that, still this company not sublimated your application. Also I talk with the company HR/Admin department they said that you will get the amount soon.

As per my knowledge we suppose to get this amount with in 3-6 month after living the originations.

So this is my request to you, please do let me know what should I do?
