EPF refund Settlement

Dear Sir

I have resigned on 09-12 and submitted EPF refund settlement form to MADURAI EPF Office through Employer (Vivekananda college, Tiruvedakam West-625217, Madurai Dt.) during the first week of March.

Still I have not received any response from EPF office but "your claim is not received by this office" status is shown when I browse website of EPF, Chennai.

Establishment Number 57971 Employee No: 3

Kindly take neccessary action to receive My EPF amount.
