Touch screen problem

Hello sir/madam,

I am venugopal.recently i purchased ephone Touch Screen phone from kawasakhi company through indiatimes reader offer for Rs.7, 349.00 .but the touch screen is not working properly & iam fed upwith this phone. the phone is not upto standard .as such iwant my money back. please i request u to refund money immediately.
