Hi Myself chirag,

My brother has purchased ephone from naaptol.com before 1 month. The company has sent the defective piece. I & my brother had called to naaptol.com next day of received defective piece. We sent the ephone by courier (blue dart). naaptol.com's call center executive told that we will send your product within 10 days. But still i have no my ephone. I have called so many times but they give me replied that we will send your product 10 days. At last i told that please give me back my money but they refused and even not given me new mobile. I have not used that mobile for 1 day even. I have paid 3999 for ephone and 200 for extra charges. My order no. 227334

Please sir consider our request and to do something about it. Now we have no money and no ephone…
