Dear sir,
It is absolutely disgusting to deal with absolutely useless people in your call center/ office, please review the series of events in my case;
1) My telephone number 40105982, I used a plan of 256 kbps unlimited for 6 months
2) I got differnt dates from your call center when my plan got expired & I think it is a company policy to switch me on a monthly rental plan. which doesnt help us as our trading terminal doesnt refresh at lower speed
3) I am facing problems in my equity trading unknowing the fact I have been switched over to a monthly plan
4) I surfed your site to find about new plans & I am being alotted a plan of 384 kbps speed which i never knew about & not ther on your website
5) Nobody in your call centre know the answer to the following two qestions regret to say that not even thier seniors
1) whther there is a celing limit of 100 GB in the unlimited plan
2) whther I have to pay for 5 months if I subscribe for advance payment for period of 6 months
6) I wrote so many mails to your company & your people think as if they are obliging to keep my account with them, as on date I have to still pay some amount to your company & I still called up many times to retain my account & requested a forfeiture of unjustified bill or also agreed that my account be started again from the date of old account expiry.
7) We are a firm into equity research & we also have a website http://stockmarketsecret1.com/home & I dont want to go ahead & write all the events on my website as we still look at Bharti Airtel as one of the market leaders.
Kindly bother to chek the current speed as per the file attached as because of your useless policy people loose big money in trading, wheras you have placed me in 384kbps speed & when this plan was allotted it was unlimited then a senior person when caled after few days I realised it also carries a celing of 1 GB data
