Eswari Motors, Adyar/ Flyte vehicle
RC Book Not issued, Faulty Vehicle delivered

First Complaint:

The Flyte Vehicle (TN07AJ8626) was bought from 'ESWARI MOTORS', Adyar, Chennai, on Nov'2008

i.e 7 months ago. Eswari Motors had taken full money including charges for getting Registration of Vehicle. But till date (26-05), I did not get the RC book. Hundreds of calls made to Eswar Motors and in person visited Eswari Motors to get me the RC book, they are not getting me the RC book.

Secon Complaint:

This vehicle is a faulty one as it consumes more petrol. When I complained with them in person taking the vehicle to their service centre Adyar Chennai, they told me that those vehicles are having 'Petrol Tank Leakage' problem. The asked me to bring the vehicle after few days so that they would replace the pertrol tank, till now four times revisited them but every time when I went to their premises to change the pertrol tank, they did not replace that. Every time they are telling that they exahusted the pertrol tank which they received.

Kindly arrange to get me a new vehicle in place of this, and please guide me to file a suite through consumer court to get the compensation. The compensation is mainly for spending huge amount on petrol as the faulty petrol tank they fixed in the new vehicle (looks as a old vehicle)..
