E ticket problem

My name is Sivasakthi, I am frm Tirupur. This is a complaint regarding e ticket issue.

I traveled frm Bangalore to Tirupur frm 24-03 in the intercity express Train no. 2677 boarding at Bangalore City Junctin. When I get down at Tirupur station there is one Ticket Checker asked my ticket and i show my e ticket but that time i have xerox copy of my identity proof only. For that they have Charged Rs.690 but they r giving receipt only for Rs.560 only I donno the the excess amount to whom. And i tried to show my Name proof by showing my Debit cards but they wont accept. They treated me as a non ticketed person but actually i booked that ticket by using my own login frm irctc only. My question is, there is any chance to get me the ticket charge or wat type of action will be take by the Department to that Ticket Checkers who behaved like this? I am accept the rules and regulations of irctc and Indian railway but what about the rules breaking for their employees ...!
