E ticket
Against cancellation of e ticket

I col Amrik singh had reserve a e ticket from rampur to amritsar. Train name-Hawra mail, train no.3005 journey on 18 jul.but when i came for departure, the train was late for 15hours so i was trying to cancel my ticket but the feedback from irtc was that "the chart has been prepared".so i wants to get my refund of the ticket.my ticket pnr no.6229109434.
