Amount debited but no tickety

Dear sir,

I have booked e ticket on 01.11.2009 thorugh my PNB debit card ref. no:0155759408 ex MAS TO BPL

after making the payment a message is given sorry your process is not completed. But while cheking with my bank acount the amount of Rs. is 2039 is already debited.

For a chance again I booked through SBI card ref: no:0155762802 the same history is repeated. as below.

I really shock to note while contacting YOUR CHENNAI NO:2530 0000 they simply reply that yes it is error due to communication and your amount will be debited with in three to four days? what is this? are the peoples are haing charity funds to distribute to you without any service.why the error for only not to issue ticket why it is not for before accepting for payment. Pleae clearify I am a old man and cannot run pillar to post for my hard money. I want a ticket as requested and refund of my any one Bank debited amount immediately. Hope to receive your reply soon.
