Efund for cancellation of ticket

I have booked eticket through irctc details of which are as under PNR 8329874111 date of journey 04/04 train no.2052 jan satabdi from kudal to dadar 2nd seating. I am not able to cancel the eticket on line and not able to board train. fare amount Rs.172/-.not able to get the refund pl.help in getting refund
