We bought Eureka forbes water purifier in last year and still warrenty period existing.
The purifier was not working.
On 21.05.2008 by 2 pm we have made complaint in Service cell. They have given Complaint no.93206 and informed us that they will attend the job by next day. 23.05.2008 they told that they will attend the job on 24.05.
But till 24.05.2008 evening 6pm nobody attend the job.
Please send your service engineer to attend the job immediately.
