1] I HAVE PURCHASED EUREKA FORBES R.O. WATER PURIFIER 1 1/2 YEARS AGO.
2] THIS IS THIRD REMINDER FROM ME SO FAR AS TO TELL YOU THAT YOUR AKOLA EUREKA
FORBES OFFICE GIVES VERY WORST SERVICE THAN ANY OTHER.
3] SINCE MONTH OF JANUARY IT IS OUT OF ORDER. I HAVE COMPLAINT AT LEAST 30 TO 40
TIMES FOR THE SAME AT AKOLA OFFICE.
4] EVEN TODAY YOUR OPERATOR HAS SEEN THE MACHINE AND WASNT ABLE TO DO
ANYTHING AS HIS REPLY WAS THE SAME, "WE WILL DO IT NEXT WEEK DUE TO LACK OF
SPARE PARTS AT AKOLA OFFICE".
5] I HAVE EVEN TAKEN THE YEARLY PACK OF RS.3600 BUT EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICE IS
POOR.
6] YOU ARE THEREFORE REQUESTED TO KINDLY INSTRUCT YOUR AKOLA OFFICE
SUITABLY & ENSURE THAT MACHINE IS REPAIRED AND INSTALLED WITHIN 3 DAYS
OR
I WILL TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY AND EVEN PUBLISH IN
NEWSPAPER THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD AND NOT TO PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT
OF THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF WORST SERVICE.
