Eceipt and service coupon not provided though full payment is being done

This is complaint in regard to the water purifier from aqua guard. The product was purchased on 26th january and right now there were some problems with the product. I called up the sales manager and the sales personnel first they said that they will come in 2 days every time i called them up. Now they wont lift the phone nor they have provided me with receipt even after calling several times they have not delived the receipt nor the warranty card as i could change the product only under warranty period. They have harrased me mentally. I want tp lodge the complaint against them.(sales manager&--Mr. Brijesh Srivastava mobile no. 9235101116
