I registered a Complaint on 02 Dec Vide complaint No. 80785090 for providing service for Aqua Guard Compact Water purifier. I was promised that the service would be given within 48 Hours.
I am posting this on 09 Dec & till date I am deprived of Service. With various reminder calls to the Call centre (39883333), I have spoken to different people, explaining my issue again & again. (It's more painful to explain the case from starting to everyone at the Call centre- They will start with "Sir, your address is... & end with "Sorry Sir", when they come to know that they haven't given service).
Everytime during my followup calls, I used to pesture the call centre Guy to elevate this complaint to thier higher-ups or give their Contact nos. At last I was succesful, in getting the contact nos. of Mr. Chinnadurai, Servive Manager & Mr. Jayaprakash, Head - Chennai Operations. They did'nt pick-up/reply my calls, when i called them.
I donot know, where to go with this kind of service levels.(Should I go to hell or heaven). The clear outcome of my experience is, if you buy Eureka Forbes Product, you are at their mercy & Eureka forbes will not provide you service when you are in need of. Buying an Eureka Forbes product is subject to Service risk. Beware...
