I made a complaint stating that the water purifier purchased by me vide invoice No 2547103431 dated 28.12.07 was not functioning. The customer ID No.1004022685.Even after lapse of 4 days nobody turned up for my complaint. I have made nearly 10 calls to customer care office &local sales office. I feel that the EUREKA FORBES Officials have cheated me by saying that they will provide good services. Believing their word I purchased the purifier.
