I own aquaguard unit. i have sighned annual maintenance contract with the company. the address given in the contract is non existant. for the past 20 days i am experiencing problem with the instrument. I have made phone calls to the service centre at trichy (0431-2411867) but of poor response.
I feel cheated by having the annual maintenance contract.
