Water purifier system is of classic model. The customer code is 1388-2329 and unit serial no 2017835.The contract receipt n0 is 15092507 dated 16/10. Its both UV chamber has got damaged. It has been complained to local service centre at Bokaro Steel City/Jharkhand in June. I am regularly chasing this but no action has been taken since last four-five months. Being a reputed firm, I am really shocked over the shame attitude of sevice agents. It is requested to take this very seriously and take immediate action.
