Eureka Forbes RO Purifier
Replacement Complaint not attended due to shortage of items at Regional Level

Sir,

I have purcahsed a Eureka Forbes RO Water Purifier on 9 Sep-08.

In aug 09 the tap of Purifier has broken suddenly. I have lodged a complaint in the Kanpur city Head Office on 2- sep-09 . They provide me Complaint No 43.

But till date the tap has not replaced. They told that there is shortage of Tap. So we can not replaced it. Just wait for some time.
