Have registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes on 21st Apr 09. This has not yet been attended even after 11 days and in spite of a reminder every two days. The standard response given is -- we have forwarded the complaint and we dont know why service dept has not taken action.
This is very inconvenient for a customer. If the customer care of a company does not know why the service is lost then how is the customer supposed to know.
