I had taken an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from Eurekaforbes for the maintenance of my Water Purifier ST2000 vide Contract Reciept No 15225775 dated 01 April vide ICICI Bank, Bidadi Cheque No:571268 dated 01 April for a sum of Rs 1690/- (Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Only) crossed 'A/c Payee Only' in favour of Eureka Frobes. The AMC was for the period) 01 Apr to 01 April. The AMC was to be executed by their Authorised Service Centre M/s Srinivasa Aqua Services, #243, 9th Main, BEML 5th Stage, 1st Phase, RR Nagar, Bangalore-560098, Ph:28605585, as per the AMC.
On 12 April their rep Shri Shabbir came and changed all the filters. As soon as he left my house, I noticed that the external filter plastic bowl began to leak. I, immediately, rang up Shabbir and he promised to rectify the flaw next day. Ever since then, I have been ringing him up but he promises to come and doesnot come. Then after getting fed up, I lodged a complaint on 01 May with the company on helpline Telephone number 080-39883333. My Complaint number is 0053948274 dated 01 May Thereafter, I have repeatedly rang up the Helpline, the Service Centre, and their rep, but they do not come to repair the water purifier.
Sir, I am very much harrassed. I want that I my machine should be rectified immediately and I should be compensated for the harrassment. My customer ID is 1004669479.
