I had ordered for the purchase of the afore said vaccum cleaner and one Mr. Krishnamurthy, sales executive, hyderabad came to us and detailed us about the effectiveness of the vaccum cleaner and i agreed to purchase and issued him cheque for Rs, 9990/- dated 19/09 and he encashed the cheque on 25/09 and he promised to deliver the instrument on sunday but inspite of our repeated requests, he did not deliver the instrument till friday 8:30 pm and he was requested to come the next day, open the packet, show the detailed articles additional articles and demonstrate but so far he or any one from eureka company has inspite of repeated request and complaints and as a result we are not able to open the package and use the instrument, he has also not furnished the bill so far and the sales executive mobile phone is switched off earlier he was using mobile no: 9912791441
