Provisioning of cartridges

I’ve lodged a demand for cartridges of non-electris 3-in-one water purifier on 18th May ’09 through customer care centre of ‘Eureka Forbes’ located at Kolkata, through Telephone No: 03339883333. Your Rep. assured me that the requisite set of cartridge will be provided at my residence at their earliest. Kindly let me know the status of provisioning of the same. Being a customer of ‘Eureka Forbes’ for last ten years may I expect a customer friendly attitude and expeditious action in this regard.
