Not working RO

Dear Sir,

I have installed RO at my house House no. 797 sector 22 Faridabad-haryana. AMC had been given for the same. Its having issue since last 3 months, Memorum has to be changed as adviced by Co. Service Engr. Whenever we call at theri office, everytime we get answer part is not available.

Please do help me to get it repaired. Txs.
