Euroclean ACE Classic Vacuum Cleaner
Exemption of Vat charges

I purchased one vacuum cleaner of model Euroclean Ace Classic on september from your sales person Ravi Saran (9009628) but today only he delivered a Tax invoice. In the overleaf of your invoice under T&C in clause no. 7, I observed I can get benefit of Tax-exemption (Vat).

7no clause is printed like this: Concessional rate of Sales Tax/Vat/cst charged or exemption from charging tax will apply only if the appropriate declaration/ forms is /are received within 30 days from the date of this invoice, otherwise the buyer is liable to pay the difference of tax.

As I paid in full amount (Rs 6990) I am eligible getting vat exemption (Rs 776.67) from your end which is not explained by your sales person.
