Europa - Louis Philipe Shirt
Loss of Shirt replacement

Dear All,

I have purchased shirts and trouser of various leading brands like louis philipe, van heusen from Europa velacherry out let. Within couple of washes the louis philipe shirt become very old and shirt collor, hand cuffs were flabby. I took the shirt to showroom and they promised that they will give replacement for that and I needed to provide bills. I did not keep the purchase bill and told them that I can show transactions in my card. They promptly asked me to call after a week.

When I called back to check for my replacement I got a shocking response that the entire team was changed and they cannot neither give me replacement or restore my old shirt. I have lost my shirt now and still arguing with branch manager and coroprate people to get my shirt back. The cost of shirt was Rs 1999. Its really painful to lose such hard earned money. I appreciate some one can suggest me to get rid of this problem.

I request people to be very careful with their purchases.
