I have ordered an exercise cycle on 16-02 and made the payment through Citibank Credit Card. The payment has been made but I have yet not recieved the product. My Order No. is -111541250. Against this I made a complaint on 09-03. I was given a complaint number in that regard and made sure that the said product will be delivered to me within 2-3 days. But still I have not recieved the product. Please take an appropriate action on the concerened matter and make sure that the product is delivered to me as quickly as you can. My Complaint No. is- 975093. I will be highly oblidged.
