I have purchased an EXIDE battery for HERO HONDA SPLENDOR on 20/08/08. It has a GAURANTEE coverage of 1 year (from the date of purchase). The battery has been serviced twice since I have purchased it & each time, I was being detailed that battery needs to be send to the facory for checking. Instead, it was being re - charged and installed back in the motor cycle. The battery works for 1 or 1& a half months & again gets fully discharged. The second time when it got discharged (on 24/03/09), I was assured by the seller that next time if it get discharged, we will change the battery without sending it for a check. Today, on 21/04/09, when it has got discharged again (the third time), the seller is not changing the battery and asking it to hand over it again to him so that he can send it to the company's workshop for checkup.
I DEMAND FROM THE EXIDE INDUSTRIES COMPANY THAT MY BATTERY SHOULD BE CHANGED IMMIDIATELY AND ALSO PAY FOR MY DAMAGES.
