Dear Sir,
I have purchased one EXIDE BATTERY (IN 1500 PLUS INVERTOR on 30th MAY '08). Book No : 009 and Sl. No. : 417 from UNIVERSAL BATTERY SERVICE, GAYATRI MARKET JHOKAN BAGH, JHANSI, UTTAR PRADESH.
My Battery is not giving proper back up from the day one. Since day one its giving only 6 hours back up on fully charged state. I did the complaint to the dealer but he is not giving proper acknowledgement. He is saying that my Invertor has some fault while the battery is working properly.
I called one electrician and checked my INVERTOR and found it completely okay. The behaviour of Battery Dealer is very DIRTY and is not providing any assistance to me.
Sir, I am really in a helpless state please provide me assisstance as earliest.
