Refund not received

Ezeego1 is particularly slow in refund. I did a cancellation on 16Oct 08. Still have not received refund. I've called up ezeego1 so many times, all in vain. Booking reference: EZR 2008 611144 A . Last complain number : 1212489 : 1-Dec'08 Please help. Subhajit. 9850907294.c
