Booked tickets through www.ezeego1.com, PNR was generated and sent, but one day before departure when i went to collect paper ticket, i get to know the ticket is cancelled and i should check with ezeego for the reason of cancellation and the refund.
Checked with their customer care - Got no reason for cancellation and an answer that fill the form for cancellation of ticket then you'll get the refund which is amount 25, 000INR (for international flight). after21 days.
It's a fraud company- please guide me how to file a case against them and get my money back.
